The Hybrid Fire Grill uses gas, wood and charcoal interchangeably, in any combination. Chefs can sear, smoke and roast on the same freestanding grill. The temperature ranges from 250 to over 1,000 degrees. Custom grill grates have three patterns for cooking different foods.
